Frequently asked questions

1. Do you cater only Caribbean food?

No. We also offer traditional American dishes, comfort soul food as well as authentic Caribbean cuisine. See our Menu page.

2. Does "catering" mean you just drop off the food to the event?

No. You have the option of us dropping off the food or allowing our staff to serve you.

3. Do I need to pay 100% upfront?

You can if you want. The expectation is to pay 50% upfront through our pay portal (see "Order" page) and then 50% at the event.

4. Do you also provide venue decorating?

Yes! We'd love to decorate the venue of your special event. This would be an added cost, of course. But it would take a huge burden off your shoulders and allow you to focus on your special event.

5 Is there any event too large or small for you to cater?

No.

6. Do you only cater from food on the menu? Or can someone suggest food to be catered?
